The call comes after the CIA published a number of video recordings last year, which the agency’s director, John Ratcliffe, said was aimed at recruiting Chinese officials.
Ratcliffe reported that it "Just one of many ways in which we are modifying our intelligence work methods"
The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the publications that day, describing them as… "A blatant political provocation"saying that Washington "Not only does it smear China and attack it in bad faith, it also openly deceives the Chinese into surrendering.".
