“National Education” signs a contract with “Tatweer Buildings” worth 64 million riyals
The National Company for Education and Education announced the signing of a lease contract with Tatweer Buildings Company, in order to invest a plot of land in establishing and operating an educational complex in the Khuzam suburb neighborhood in the city of Riyadh.

The rental value amounts to 2.24 million riyals annually, with a 10% increase every 5 contract years, while the total rental value of the contract is for its entire duration. 63.9 million riyals (excluding VAT).
