Danube Properties begins construction work on Rizwan Askar Ali Sajan Mosque in Dubai Silicon Oasis

Danube Properties has officially announced the laying of the foundation stone for the Rizwan Askar Ali Sajan Mosque in Dubai Silicon Oasis, a move that reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting spiritual development and promoting community building initiatives in the UAE.
This is the fifth mosque to be developed as part of Danube Group’s pledge worth 50 million dirhams to build mosques throughout the country, a pledge that was announced in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai.
The new mosque will be a symbol of faith, unity and community responsibility in one of the fastest growing areas in Dubai. The project is being built on a land area of ​​121,000 square feet, with a building area of ​​19,000 square feet, and can accommodate 1,000 worshippers, including 800 men and 200 women. The project also includes parking lots more than double the required capacity, to ensure easy access and comfort for worshipers and visitors. Construction work is scheduled to be completed during the current year.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held in the presence of Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, and Badr Buhanad, General Manager of Dubai Silicon Oasis, along with a number of senior officials and prominent figures, marking the start of a project that embodies spiritual dedication and long-term investment in serving the community.
