98.1% of women feel safe when walking around at night in the Emirates

The index of feeling safe when walking around alone at night in the UAE reached 98.7%, while the index of women feeling safe when walking around alone at night reached 98.1%, according to the results of the Quality of Security Life Study for the year 2025, which included 6,775 individuals, and was conducted by the Federal Center for Competitiveness and Statistics.
The Ministry of Interior stated through its account on the “X” platform that the results reflect the level of societal confidence in the safe environment that the UAE enjoys, and consolidates its position as a global model in stability and quality of life.
