Arab Pipe Company’s profits declined "tubes" In 2025, by 34.3% to 110.47 million riyals, compared to 168.18 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This is mainly due to a decrease in gross profit by 32.28% as a result of the decrease in sales, the change in customer supply schedules, as well as the change in the sales mix.
Dividend distribution
The Board of Directors of the Arab Pipe Company recommended "tubes" Last Thursday, it distributed cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2025.
The company said: The total amount distributed is 34 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 200 million shares.
It added that the share of the distribution is 0.17 riyals, while the distribution ratio to the nominal share value is 0.17%.
The eligibility date for shareholders who own shares will be on the day of the next general assembly. Those registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly, the date of which will be announced later after obtaining regulatory approvals from the competent authorities.
It noted that the distribution date will be announced later after the approval of the dividend distribution by the General Assembly.
