"Dubai Industrial City" It supports the growth of the construction sector by attracting new investment in ready-mixed concrete

Dubai, February 25 / WAM / Dubai Industrial City is strengthening its position as a leading destination for the manufacturing and building materials sector by attracting the first Al Emirates Ready Mixed Concrete Company factory in Dubai, in a step that reflects growing confidence in the integrated industrial system provided by this destination, affiliated with the TECOM Group.
Als Emirates Ready Mix Concrete Company, one of the leading companies specialized in producing and supplying high-quality ready-mixed concrete in the UAE and the largest of its kind in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, announced the conclusion of an agreement to establish its new factory on an area exceeding 160,000 square feet within Dubai Industrial City, which supports the company’s strategy for regional growth and enhances its ability to meet the needs of construction projects in various parts of the country.
The foundation stone laying ceremony was attended by Saud Abu Al Shawareb, Executive Vice President of TECOM Group, Industrial Sector, on behalf of Dubai Industrial City, Saif Mubarak Fadel Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bin Fadel Holding Company, and Peter Selis, CEO of the Building Materials Department at Als Emirates Ready Mix Concrete Company, along with a number of representatives of construction sector companies.
The factory will include modern administrative and operational facilities and advanced concrete mixing stations that adopt technologies to reduce energy consumption. Operations are scheduled to begin during the third quarter of 2026, coinciding with the completion of construction work, with a production capacity of up to 400 cubic meters per hour.
Saud Abu Al-Shawareb stressed that attracting this project strengthens the building materials system in Dubai Industrial City, and supports the goals of the 300 billion project, the Make in the Emirates initiative, and the Dubai Economic Agenda “D33”, while Peter Selis pointed out that the factory represents a new stage in the company’s growth process and the consolidation of quality and sustainability standards in the construction sector in the country.
