“Tobi”: Awarding a project in King Abdullah Medical City for 185.25 million riyals
The Perfect Display Company for Commercial Services (Tobi) announced the award of the managed services competition for the maintenance and operation of information and communications technology at King Abdullah Medical City.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The value of the contract is estimated at 185.25 million riyals.
The scope of work for this project includes:
• Providing managed services for medical and administrative systems and technical applications at King Abdullah Medical City.
• Providing managed services for technical infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.
• Providing managed services for information and communications security systems and devices and exchanges.
• Providing managed services for computers, peripherals and accessories.
• Providing technical support, preventive and remedial maintenance within the scope of managed services.
• Providing specialized technical personnel, spare parts and consumables necessary for continuity of service.
• Ensuring the provision of services around the clock, 7 days a year, in accordance with operational requirements.
• Applying the best practices and approved standards in managing information and communications technology services.
