Fakeeh Medical’s profits will rise to 290.18 million riyals in 2025

Profits of Dr. Soliman Abdul Qader Fakeeh Hospital Company increased "Fakih Medical" In 2025, by 0.9%, to 290.18 million riyals, compared to 287.55 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization during the year 2025 amounted to 496 million riyals, compared to 522 million riyals in the previous year.
The change on an annual basis mainly reflects the impact of the operational gradient at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Medina, where the added clinical capacity, operational readiness costs, and fixed expenses were charged before reaching the targeted occupancy levels.
Excluding the impact of Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Medina. Al Munawara, the group’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization would have risen to 560 million riyals, compared to 528 million riyals in the previous year.
Net profit attributable to shareholders remained stable at 290 million riyals in 2025, supported by mature business growth and improvement in the contribution of Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Riyadh, with its continued progress towards the break-even point.
Excluding the impact of Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Medina. Al Munawara, net profit attributable to shareholders would have increased by 14% year-on-year to reach 332 million riyals.
This gives greater clarity about the fundamental profitability strength of Fakeeh Healthcare Group, and at the same time highlights the impact of facilities that are still in the early stages of gradual operation.
