A proposal in “SALIC” to distribute total profits of 890.3 million dirhams for the second half of 2025.

The Board of Directors of Salik Company, the exclusive operator of toll gates in Dubai, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, presented during its meeting today a proposal to distribute a total dividend of 890.3 million dirhams (equivalent to 11,871 fils per share) for the second half of 2025, to be paid during the first half of 2026.

The distributions, according to a statement issued today, include the distribution of cash dividends amounting to 782.5 million dirhams, representing a distribution of 100% of the net profits of the second half of 2025, in addition to the distribution of exceptional dividends amounting to 107.8 million dirhams.
Thus, the company’s total distributions exceed 1.66 billion dirhams for 2025, compared to approximately 1.164 billion dirhams for 2024.

SALIC’s total revenues increased by 35.1% on an annual basis to exceed 3.096 billion dirhams during 2025, and its profits before financing costs, taxes, depreciation and amortization reached 2.143 billion dirhams in the fiscal year 2025, an increase of 35.8% on an annual basis.

SALIC’s net profits before taxes amounted to 1.707 billion dirhams in the fiscal year 2025, recording an increase of 33.4% on an annual basis, while net profits after taxes exceeded 1.55 billion dirhams, an increase of 33.4% on an annual basis.
