The Cyber ​​Security Council called on the UAE government not to be drawn into rumors or modified, fragmented or out-of-time videos, in light of the acceleration in the circulation of digital content.
The Council said that the state adopts a clear official media system, and any information related to security, services, or developments is issued exclusively through the competent government agencies.
He stressed that re-publishing rumors exposes society to the risks of digital misinformation and affects information security.
