Dr. Alaa Al-Janabi warned against Children’s injuries resulting from the phenomenon of “dangling” from windows or roof vents, which are tragic accidents that are increasing in an alarming manner during celebrations and social events.

She stressed the strict prohibition of children’s heads coming out of the windows or leaving their seats while the vehicle is moving, stressing that the use of designated safety seats and fastening the belt represent the first line of defense for prevention.
She also warned of the extreme danger of a child getting out of the car before it comes to a complete stop, explaining that this Rushing is a major cause of falls and run-over accidents that may cause permanent disabilities or lead to death.
Within the context of safety, it directed the necessity of teaching children the correct mechanism for crossing the street safely, starting with stopping at the pedestrian lines, making sure the road is clear, and not moving without an adult accompanying it.
