“Jazz”: Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors transfers 935 thousand shares to a company he owns

Jazz Arabian Services Company received a letter from Faisal bin Khaled Al-Dabal (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company) stating that he transferred all of his shares in the company, amounting to 935,000 shares, from his personal portfolio to the portfolio of a company in which he owns a percentage of (90%).
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The transfer of shares is for the purposes of regulation and financial structuring. She noted that the transfer of shares was through a private deal.
