Air traffic returns to normal in the country’s airspace

Abu Dhabi, 17 March / WAM / The General Civil Aviation Authority announced the return of air traffic to normal in the airspace of the UAE, after the situation stabilized and the precautionary measures that were temporarily implemented were lifted.

The authority confirmed that the decision came after a comprehensive assessment of the operational and security conditions, and in coordination with the relevant authorities, stressing the continuation of real-time follow-up to ensure the highest levels of air safety.

The authority appreciated the cooperation of travelers and airlines during the last period, confirming the readiness of its technical and operational teams to deal with any possible developments.
