Mohammed bin Rashid approves the allocation of 4,631 residential plots of land to citizens in Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, approved the allocation of 4,631 residential plots of land for citizens in Dubai, worth 5.3 billion dirhams, extending over an area of more than 71 million square feet in the areas of Al Ayyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif. The residential lands will be allocated via the “Emarati” platform within the “Dubai Now” application during the next week.
His Highness said: “Providing adequate housing for every citizen family is an established priority in Dubai’s development process and a fundamental focus in urban development projects to build integrated and vibrant residential communities.”
