With sales that exceeded expectations and major discounts… Expo Sharjah successfully concludes the activities of the 43rd edition of "Ramadan nights"

Sharjah, March 23 / WAM / Yesterday, the activities of the forty-third edition of the “Ramadan Nights” exhibition concluded with remarkable success, achieving sales that exceeded the expectations of exhibitors and great success in stimulating shopping activity and attracting thousands of families and visitors.

The exhibition, which was organized by Expo Center Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was part of the agenda of the 36th session of the “Sharjah Ramadan Festival”, coinciding with the objectives of the “Year of the Family”, as the curtain came down yesterday on 13 days full of offers, entertainment experiences and major discounts that exceeded 75% on a wide variety of products and the most famous brands.

The economic and commercial event witnessed the wide participation of more than 210 exhibitors, who presented various products representing about 700 local and international brands. The exhibits included various vital sectors that included fashion, textiles, apparel, sports equipment, perfumes, cosmetics, health care products, electrical appliances, luxury home appliances, furniture, interior decoration, food, jewelry, flowers, children’s toys, and stationery.

His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Center Sharjah, stressed that the exhibition represents a pioneering model that embodies the joint commitment with the Sharjah Chamber to provide qualitative platforms with an economic and social impact that serve exhibitors and stimulate markets.

He explained that the event enriches community life and brings families together in an atmosphere that celebrates the values ​​of family cohesion that characterize the emirate, noting that this success falls within a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing the well-being of residents and visitors, and transforming the exhibition into an integrated destination that combines shopping, entertainment and heritage.

Al Midfa added that the volume of turnout and sales represents a testimony of confidence from the public and partners in the efficiency of the competitive environment provided by Expo Center Sharjah, indicating that the role of the center goes beyond regulation to create real opportunities for retailers, distributors and owners of emerging projects, as well as enabling small and medium enterprises and productive families to integrate into one platform with the finest brands. He considered that this growing confidence confirms the success of the trend towards consolidating the position of the Emirate of Sharjah as a leading economic and tourism destination on the regional and global levels.

In terms of accompanying activities, the Heritage Village at the exhibition attracted large numbers of visitors who came to shop and enjoy the activities that celebrated the “Year of the Family.” The village program highlighted Emirati customs and traditions and the spiritual aspect of the holy month of Ramadan, in addition to presenting popular arts performances, cultural competitions, and various Ramadan evenings.

At the conclusion of the event, many of the participating exhibitors praised the efforts of Expo Center Sharjah and the Sharjah Chamber in professionally organizing and providing various entertainment events, and expressed their great happiness at the wide turnout, which reflected positively on the volume of their sales, praising the role of the exhibition as a comprehensive and stimulating platform that allows retailers and emerging brands to reach wide segments of consumers within an ideal competitive environment.
