Emaar Properties distributes 100% dividends amounting to 8.8 billion dirhams

Emaar Properties held its annual general assembly meeting today, where the Board of Directors reviewed the company’s financial performance for the year 2025, and discussed its strategic priorities and directions for growth during the next stage.

During the meeting, the shareholders agreed to distribute dividends of 100% of the capital, with a total value of 8.8 billion dirhams ($2.4 billion). The meeting also witnessed the adoption of the auditor’s report for the year 2025, in addition to the Board of Directors’ report on the company’s activity and financial position.

The financial results achieved by Emaar during the year 2025 showed the continued operational momentum and growth of its business across its various main sectors, as it recorded its highest real estate sales ever at a value of 80.4 billion dirhams, an increase of 16% compared to 2024.

The company’s total revenues during 2025 reached 49.6 billion dirhams, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased to 25.6 billion dirhams, and net profits before taxes reached 25.7 billion dirhams.

The company confirmed that it continues to focus on delivering its projects according to the specified timetables, and continues to launch new development projects.
