Yesterday, Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company received the Insurance Authority’s non-objection to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the heads and members of the Executive Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee emanating from the Board of Directors.

The Board decided to appoint Youssef Al-Saad as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Nayef Al-Tariri as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
The Board’s decisions included the formation of the Executive Committee headed by Youssef Al-Saad, with the membership of: Nayef Al-Tariri and Tariq Bouresli.
The decisions included the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee headed by: Ahmed Bushnaq, with the membership of: From: Ahmed Al-Mohsen and Abdul Rahman Al-Zamil.
