"Empower" An agreement was signed to supply the third phase of… "City Walk" And a building "Verve" Capacity of 17,500 tons of cooling
DUBAI, 30 March / WAM / The Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation, “Empower”, signed an agreement with “Meraas”, the real estate development company affiliated with “Dubai Holding Properties”, to supply the third phase of “City Walk” and the “Verve” building with a capacity exceeding 17,500 tons of cooling.
This project represents a new addition to Empower’s portfolio of projects across the Emirate of Dubai, which includes approximately 1,750 buildings.
By the end of 2025, Empower’s delivered capacity reached approximately 1.7 million refrigeration tons, while the organization’s contracted capacity reached about 2 million refrigeration tons.
His Excellency Ahmed bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, said that these projects contribute to enhancing the diversity of sectors served by Empower, and expanding the scope of its contributions to efforts to reduce carbon emissions.
