“Exports” announces that it will not be able to publish its financial results until the review is completed

The Saudi Industrial Exports Company (Exports) announced today, Monday, that it was unable to publish its annual financial results for the period ending on December 31, 2025 on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Saudi Tadawul) within the specified statutory deadline, due to the lack of completion of audit procedures.
The company said in a statement that it is awaiting the receipt of the financial statements and the final report approved by the external auditor, and holding an audit committee meeting to discuss the results, recommend them to the Board and approve them, and the Board of Directors’ report by the Board of Directors and publishing the results during the period. The company stated that it expects to publish the financial results within the regulatory period of 20 trading sessions, maximum April 29, 2026, adding that the procedures for suspending trading in listed securities will apply to it in accordance with the listing rules, and the company will announce developments regarding the inability to publish the financial results on a monthly basis, with a commitment to announce without delay in the event of any fundamental developments.
