Today, the UAE air defenses dealt with 23 ballistic missiles and 56 drones

The Ministry of Defense said that today, the UAE air defenses dealt with 23 ballistic missiles and 56 drones coming from Iran.

The ministry added in a blog post on its account on the “X” platform that since the start of the blatant Iranian attacks, the UAE air defenses have dealt with 498 ballistic missiles, 23 mobile missiles, and 2,141 drones.

She stated: “These attacks led to the martyrdom of two members of the armed forces while performing their national duty, in addition to the martyrdom of a civilian of Moroccan nationality contracting with the armed forces, and the killing of 10 civilians of Pakistani, Nepalese, Bangladeshi, Palestinian, Indian, and Egyptian nationalities, and the wounding of 217 with injuries ranging from minor, medium, and severe injuries of Emirati, Egyptian, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Filipino, and Pakistani nationalities.” Iranian, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Azerbaijani, Yemeni, Ugandan, Eritrean, Lebanese, Afghan, Bahraini, Comoros, Turkish, Iraqi, Nepalese, Nigerian, Omani, Jordanian, Palestinian, Ghanaian, Indonesian, Swedish, Tunisian, Moroccan and Russian.”

The Ministry of Defense confirmed that it is fully prepared and prepared to deal with any threats and to firmly confront everything that aims to destabilize the state’s security, in a way that ensures the preservation of its sovereignty, security and stability and protects its national interests and capabilities.
