The Saudi stock market index rose 0.1% at the beginning of trading on Monday

The Saudi stock market index opened (TASI) traded today, Monday, at an increase of 0.1% at the level of 11,280 points, with trades amounting to about 280 million riyals.
The amount of shares traded in early trading amounted to about 16.5 million shares, while the market value of the index recorded 9.894 trillion riyals, according to "TadawulSaudi Arabia"
Shares of 171 companies rose
Shares of 171 companies rose at the beginning of the session, while shares of 57 companies declined, out of 269 companies listed on (TASI).
The shares of: Research and Media, Amiantit, Saudi Anbeeb, Misk, and Anbeeb topped the list of the highest rising stocks. On the other hand, the largest declines were for the shares of: First Mills, Eastern Cement, Smasco, and Chubb, in addition to Riyadh.
The Parallel Market
The Parallel Market Index rose (Growth) at the beginning of trading on Monday by 0.15% at the level of 22,553 points. The value of trades amounted to about 880 thousand riyals, the quantity of shares was 56.6 thousand shares, and the market value was 38.7 million riyals.
The session witnessed an increase in the shares of 9 companies while the shares of 4 companies decreased, out of a total of 125 companies listed in the parallel market.
