The Head of State receives the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister

Today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, received Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly State of Kuwait.
During the meeting, Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah conveyed to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan the greetings of his brother, His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, and his wishes for the UAE for continued security and prosperity, while His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed to him his greetings to his brother, His Highness the Emir of Kuwait, and his wishes for his country and its brotherly people further development and prosperity under his wise leadership.

His Highness discussed with the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister the fraternal relations that bring together the two countries and ways to develop cooperation and joint work to serve their mutual interests and bring good to their peoples.

The meeting also touched on developments in the situation in the region and its dangerous repercussions on regional and international security and stability in light of the ongoing Iranian terrorist attacks against the UAE, Kuwait and countries of the region, which target civilians and civilian facilities and infrastructure, in addition to the efforts made by the two countries to defend their security, sovereignty, and the safety of their territories and citizens.

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidential Office, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office for Special Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the President, and a number of ministers and officials.

Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah left the country at the conclusion of his visit, where he was seen off at the airport by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and a number of officials.
