The Authority stressed the need to reduce the dangers of stray livestock within areas with high environmental sensitivity. Due to the threat it poses to the environmental balance and the disruption of the vegetation cover through overgrazing, which negatively affects the ecosystem and the abundance of plant diversity, it indicated that it will implement the system in cooperation with the relevant official authorities immediately after the expiration of the specified deadline.

They will be confiscated and disposed of in accordance with regulatory procedures, with the owner bearing the costs of transportation and care during the reservation period, leading to sale or donation in the event that the owners do not appear during the legal period.

The authority called on all camel and livestock owners in the region to fully cooperate and take advantage of the grace period to remove their camels before the deadline expires, out of a sense of responsibility towards protecting the environment and its sustainability.
