Declared The General Real Estate Authority The deadline set for the first in-kind registration of real estate for (27) real estate plots in (9) neighborhoods in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Medina is nearing expiration.
The deadline set by the Authority ends at the end of Thursday, Shawwal 28, 1447 AH, corresponding to April 16, 2026 AD.
Beneficiary Neighborhoods
Indicated "Body" That In-kind registration of the property will end in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah in Jeddah Governorate for the following neighborhoods: (Part of Al-Taawoun neighborhood, Part of Al-Tadamon neighborhood, Part of Al-Bashair neighborhood, Part of Al-Sanaiya neighborhood, Part of Al-Khomra neighborhood, Part of Al-Wadi neighborhood).
The neighborhoods include: (Part of Ajyad neighborhood) in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, while registration ends in the following neighborhoods in Medina: (Part of Al-Haram Al-Sharif neighborhood, and part of Al-Jissah neighborhood).
The authority invited the owners of the properties located in the area. Within the scope of neighborhoods, they must quickly initiate registration of their properties through the real estate registry platform, before the end of the registration period, to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.
