“Emergency” signs a contract with “Johns Hopkins Aramco” worth 38.8 million riyals


Emergency Medical Care Company signed a contract with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare.

She explained that the contract includes: Providing services for providing medical and non-medical staff, including non-clinical doctors, nurses, administrative support, and data analysts, to support utilization management processes. She added that the estimated value of the contract is about 38.8 million riyals, for a period of 3 years, indicating that it is an estimated value that depends on the size of the request. And purchase orders issued during the contract period, according to the prices agreed upon for the staff.

The contract includes the provision of services to provide qualified medical and non-medical staff to support employment management services at the contracting party, according to a scope of work that includes non-clinical doctors, nurses, administrative support, and data analysts, which contributes to improving operating efficiency and the quality of health services provided.

It noted the implementation of services based on purchase orders issued by the client during the contract period, and according to the agreed upon pricing schedules, with the company’s commitment. It adheres to all quality and safety standards and operating requirements approved by the contracting party.

It stated that the duration of the contract is 3 years, with the possibility of extending it for a period of up to two additional years.

It expected that the contract will have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues starting from the second quarter of 2026, while the financial impact will appear based on the volume of purchase orders and the implementation of services during the contract period.
