“JBR” is the highest rent among 13 areas in Dubai during the first quarter

Data from the “Property Finder” real estate platform on the movement of real estate rentals in Dubai during the first quarter of this year showed that the “JBR” area topped the list of the highest rented areas in 13 major areas in the emirate.

The data prepared by Al-Manasa for Emirates Today revealed that JBR topped the 13 regions included in the monitoring in terms of the average rental price for a residential unit in the “studio” category at 93.3 thousand dirhams annually, while “International City” was the lowest for this category at 41.3 thousand dirhams.

The data indicated that JBR also topped the areas under monitoring, in terms of the average annual rental price for one-bedroom residential units at 155.5 thousand dirhams annually, while International City was the lowest priced at 56 thousand dirhams annually.

The data also showed that the “JBR” area, the areas under monitoring, continued to lead in terms of the average annual rental price for two-bedroom residential units at 201.7 thousand dirhams annually, while International City was also the lowest price for this category at 79.3 thousand dirhams annually.

In general, the data indicated that the average annual rental prices for the “studio” category in the 13 regions, during the first quarter of this year, amounted to 67.14 thousand dirhams, while the average annual rental prices for the “one-room” category reached about 91.16 thousand dirhams, and the annual average rent for “two-bedrooms” reached about 131.53 thousand dirhams.

The list of areas monitored included: “JBR”, “Dubai Marina”, “Business Bay”, “Jumeirah Lakes Towers” (JLT), “Barsha Heights – Tecom”, “Jumeirah Village Circle” (JVC), “Al Jaddaf”, “Arjan”, “Al Barsha”, “Discovery Gardens”, “Dubai Silicon Oasis”, and “Dubailand”. And “International City”.
