Mohammed bin Rashid announces a new government system to transition to self-executing artificial intelligence within two years

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai (may God protect him), said on his account on the “X” platform that: Under the directives of my brother, the President of the State, may God protect him… today we announce the new system of the UAE government, which aims to transform 50% of the government sectors, services and operations to apply self-executing and driving artificial intelligence models. Agentic Ai Within two years… the UAE government will be the first in the world to transform its sectors and services into self-executing and driving models of artificial intelligence.

Today, artificial intelligence models can monitor variables, provide analyses, make recommendations, manage operations, and implement an independent series of actions without human intervention… Artificial intelligence will be our government executive partner to support decisions, improve services, raise the efficiency of operations, and even evaluate results and make improvements in real time.

We have a specific date for completing this transformation, according to the directives of the President of the State, may God protect him, which is two years… The evaluation of ministers, general directors, and all federal agencies during the two years will be based on their ability to keep pace with this transformation… their speed in implementing the new standards of government work… their understanding of the new technical reality that the world is experiencing, and their skill in using artificial intelligence tools to create completely new mechanisms for managing future government work.

We will also transform all federal government employees to be experts in this field through continuous specialized training… Our goal is for them to be able to absorb this transformation… We will have the best experts in the world in government transformation towards artificial intelligence technologies… The government is proud of its cadres and all its employees… It will train and refine them, raise their value, and build their capabilities to manage the largest transformational government project during the next two years.
