Technology company profits rise "Nikki "

TOKYO, April 24, 2017 (WAM) – Japan’s Nikkei index rose today on its way to record gains for the third week in a row, driven by technology sector profits.

The Nikkei rose 0.47 percent to 59,416.49 points, while the broader Topix index fell 0.04 percent to 3,714.85 points.
