The Employment Accelerators Exhibition in Ras Al Khaimah provides more than 500 jobs with the participation of 30 government and private entities

Ras Al Khaimah, April 24 / WAM / The Department of Human Resources in Ras Al Khaimah, in cooperation with the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah, organized the “Employment Accelerators” exhibition as part of its ongoing efforts to support Emiratisation, attract young national talents, and enhance their opportunities for integration into the labor market.

The exhibition – which was held at the headquarters of the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah – witnessed the participation of 30 entities from the government and private sectors, providing more than 500 job opportunities in various fields and specializations, keeping pace with the needs of the labor market and contributing to enabling job seekers to access suitable job opportunities, in addition to providing the opportunity to conduct direct job interviews with participating entities.

The organization of the exhibition confirms the Human Resources Department’s keenness to strengthen strategic partnerships with educational institutions and government and private agencies, in a way that supports achieving Emiratisation goals and improves the human capital system in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Her Excellency Sarah Al Zaabi, Director General of the Human Resources Department in Ras Al Khaimah, confirmed that organizing the “Employment Accelerators” exhibition comes within the department’s vision aimed at empowering national cadres and qualifying them for the labor market, noting the importance of integration between government agencies, educational institutions, and the private sector in building an integrated system that supports attracting and developing national competencies.

Al Zaabi noted the Human Resources Department’s keenness to launch qualitative initiatives that contribute to accelerating the recruitment of national talents, and providing a supportive environment that enables young people to achieve their professional ambitions, in line with the country’s trends in investing in human capital and enhancing its competitiveness.

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Hassan Obaid Al Muhairi, Executive Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah, stressed the importance of the strategic partnership with the Human Resources Department in supporting Emiratisation efforts, pointing out that such exhibitions represent an effective platform for linking educational outcomes to the needs of the labor market, and providing appropriate job opportunities for graduates of the Higher Colleges of Technology.

He pointed out the Higher Colleges of Technology’s keenness to qualify students and graduates with practical and professional skills that are in line with the requirements of the labor market. He said that the Employment Accelerators Exhibition is a qualitative opportunity to provide job opportunities for our graduates, and enable them to communicate directly with employers and explore available opportunities, in a way that enhances their professional readiness and contributes to building their future careers.
