Canceling the two envoys’ visit to Pakistan does not mean resuming the war with Iran

US President Donald Trump said on Saturday that canceling the visit of his envoys to Islamabad to hold a new round of negotiations with the Iranians does not automatically mean a resumption of the war in the Middle East.

When asked whether canceling the visit of American envoys meant resuming the war, Trump replied to the Axios news site, “No, it does not mean that. We have not thought about that yet.”
