“Jabal Omar” obtains a “tourism” license to operate the third tower of the Rotana Hotel
Last Thursday, Jabal Omar Development Company received the Ministry of Tourism’s license to operate the third and final tower of the Rotana Hotel, which is located within the fourth phase of the Jabal Omar project.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The tower includes 205 rooms and suites, in addition to 3 restaurants, a café, meeting rooms, and a health club.
It should be noted that the Jabal Omar Rotana Hotel contains three towers, including 655 rooms and suites. It is also connected to a commercial center containing rental space estimated at approximately 16 thousand square meters and 131 parking spaces.
It is expected that the operation of the third tower of the Rotana Hotel will have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during the second quarter. From the year 2026 AD.
