The participants pointed out the importance of identifying universities that enable people of determination to complete their studies in specializations compatible with their abilities, providing sign language interpreters, and aligning educational programs with the needs of the labor market. They touched on the importance of enhancing financial support allocated to people of determination, supporting their foster families, developing legislation to facilitate the licensing of their projects, choosing appropriate jobs according to the type of disability in order to achieve better performance and a fairer evaluation, in addition to creating electronic platforms linked to employment agencies, and organizing training programs to enhance their skills, especially technical ones.
