The Board of Directors of “Umm Al-Qura Cement” recommends not distributing dividends for the year 2025

Today, the Board of Directors of Umm Al-Qura Cement Company recommended not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending 12-31-2025 AD.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the recommendation not to distribute: with the aim of supporting and strengthening the company’s financial position.

She noted that this recommendation will be presented for voting during the company’s next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be determined later after obtaining approval for its holding from the official authorities.
