In numbers…the British pound rises against the dollar and the euro

By the time the London markets closed, the pound reached (1.3550) US dollars, an increase of (0.13%), while it increased against the European currency at (1.1552) euros by (0.06%).

On the other hand, the main London Stock Exchange index (FTSE 100) closed today with a decrease of (0.56%).

The index – which includes… The 100 largest companies on the London Stock Exchange – losses equivalent to (57.99) points, reaching the level of (10321.09) points.
