Dubai Chamber of Commerce and"Dubai Commercial" They organize an open dialogue to promote corporate banking services

Dubai, April 29 / WAM / The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, in cooperation with the Commercial Bank of Dubai, organized an open dialogue with 75 representatives of the business community, with the aim of enhancing corporate banking services, discussing the financing requirements of the private sector and reviewing the advanced banking solutions and services that the bank provides to support the business community and enhance the ability of companies to adapt to global economic changes.

The event falls within a series of interactive dialogues organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with a number of leading financial institutions, with the aim of aligning banking products and services with the needs of companies, and supporting the sustainability and growth of their businesses.

Participating in the meeting were His Excellency Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah, Director General of Dubai Chambers, in addition to the Commercial Bank of Dubai management team, which included Dr. Bernd van Linder, CEO of the bank, Fahad Al Muhairi, Co-Head, Corporate Banking Group, Aisha Al Mazrouei, Head of Client Affairs, Dheeraj Connor, General Manager, Consumer and Business Banking, and Abdullah Ahmed Lajam, Head of Finance.

The session witnessed extensive interactive discussions on financing and banking requirements for the business community, in addition to reviewing a group of practical financial solutions that allow companies to enhance their operational efficiency. The vital role of the banking sector in enhancing the ability of the local business community to keep pace with developments taking place in the world was also highlighted.

Lootah said, “We continue to strengthen cooperation with our partners in the banking sector to provide integrated financial services and solutions that keep pace with the changing requirements of the business community, and contribute to enhancing the flexibility of the private sector and raising its competitiveness in the long term, thus consolidating Dubai’s position as an attractive environment for business and supporting the sustainability of its economic growth.”

For his part, Dr. Bernd van Linder, CEO of Commercial Bank of Dubai, said that dialogues are considered one of the most prominent factors that contribute to enhancing the strength of Dubai’s economy and consolidating its competitiveness. Across various sectors, companies are facing a more complex operating environment, which requires the banking sector to be more responsive and aligned with actual needs, while companies look for solutions that keep pace with the speed of their decisions.

During the event, the Commercial Bank of Dubai team reviewed the integrated package of financing solutions that the bank provides to companies, with a focus on the banking empowerment mechanisms available to the business community to support the ability to face current global challenges.

The discussions addressed the most important financing needs for each sector, emphasizing the importance of providing flexible financing tools and innovative banking options that enhance companies’ ability to adapt, support business continuity, and contribute to enhancing the flexibility of the private sector.
