Fujairah Finance organizes workshops to raise the efficiency of government asset management and improve performance
Fujairah, April 29 / WAM / The Fujairah Department of Finance organized a series of introductory workshops for Fujairah government employees, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of asset management and developing the work mechanisms associated with it, to ensure reducing operational risks and raising the quality of government performance.
The workshop included a detailed review of the work procedures followed in asset management, supported by extensive practical applications that allowed participants to simulate the procedural steps directly.
The applied aspect contributed to monitoring and analyzing the most prominent field challenges that employees may face while performing their duties, while the discussion topics focused on developing proactive and effective solutions to overcome technical and procedural obstacles, in a way that supports the smooth flow of work and adopting the best international practices in managing and sustaining government assets, in order to achieve the emirate’s vision of institutional excellence.
