Al Amar Food Company announced the completion of the regulatory procedures to acquire the brand operator "Five Guys"In a deal worth 84.81 million riyals.

The company confirmed that on April 29, 2026, the procedures for Amar Food Company’s acquisition of 100% of the shares of Al-Shaghaf Arabia Limited Liability Company were completed after fulfilling the preconditions contained in the agreement, including obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals and the approval of the franchisor and other third parties.
The financial impact is expected to appear on the company’s financial statements starting in the second quarter of the year 2026.
