7.3 billion dirhams in revenues "Purehealth" During the first quarter

ABU DHABI, 1st May / WAM / PureHealth Holding, the largest healthcare group in the Middle East, announced its financial results for the three months ending March 31, 2026, as it continued to achieve strong and stable performance, benefiting from continued demand and the diversification of its presence across several markets.

The group’s revenues increased by 10% compared to last year, to reach 7.3 billion dirhams, driven by strong growth in the international healthcare portfolio and the insurance sector. Earnings before deducting interest, taxes and depreciation also increased by 5% compared to last year to reach 1.2 billion dirhams, driven by the strength of the group’s operating model and its continued global expansion.

Net profits amounted to 415 million dirhams during the first quarter of 2026, affected by regulatory developments related to the unified purchasing program during this period.

His Excellency Kamal Al-Mazmi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pure Health, said that Pure Health began the year 2026 with a strong and stable performance, reflecting remarkable growth at the group level, driven by increasing demand for health services and efficient implementation.

He added that the “Pure Health” integrated model of care and health insurance continues to prove its effectiveness as a strategic pillar that combines flexibility and operational discipline and provides long-term growth opportunities.

He explained that the group’s growing international presence constitutes one of the basic pillars of growth, contributing to enhancing the diversification and expansion of its business, in addition to consolidating its leadership position in the UAE. He expressed his aspiration in the next phase to continue developing the strategy and strengthening the position of “PureHealth” as a leading global platform in the health care sector.

For her part, Shaista Asif, CEO of PureHealth Group, said that the first quarter results reflect the flexibility of the group’s business in its main markets, and the growing momentum of its international portfolio, pointing out that the Circle Health Group and the Hellenic Healthcare Group continued to achieve strong performance that contributed to significantly expanding the international revenue base, which strengthens the strategic foundations for global expansion.

She explained that the group continued to expand capacity in the UAE, enhance the ability to deal with complex medical cases, and develop the insurance platform, which reflects the strength of sustainable fundamentals in the group’s local market, noting that it will continue to build on the strength of the group’s integrated platform by improving its distinguished medical care services, pushing the pace of its international expansion, and consolidating its position as a global leader in the health care sector.

PureHealth expects to continue achieving sustainable growth supported by the expansion and consolidation of its international portfolio, disciplined growth in the insurance sector including property and liability, continued demand in its core operations in the UAE, and its continued investments in technology and digital solutions.

It also expects that its international portfolio, which is characterized by high profitability and contribution to value creation, will continue to enhance its increasingly important role in driving revenue growth and diversifying its sources in the medium term, as the newly acquired assets continue to expand and achieve integration between them.
