"Alif Group" Awarding contracts for the construction of the final phase of a project "Two neighborhoods" With a value of 750 million dirhams
Sharjah, 2 May / WAM / Alef Group announced the award of construction contracts worth 750 million dirhams to begin implementing the final phase of the “Hayyan” project, after selling 97% of its units. The phase includes the delivery of more than 700 residential units.
The contracts include the development of the “Samar 1”, “Samar 2” and “Dim” residential complexes, in addition to a shopping centre, a social club, landscaping works and public facilities, in a step that enhances the completion of the project according to the highest quality standards.
The group stressed that this progress reflects the strong demand and investor confidence in the project, and contributes to supporting the growth of the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah.
