His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, said in a blog post on his account on the (X) platform: “Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God protect him, today we are launching a new movement to shift towards self-executing and driving artificial intelligence (Agentic AI) in the private sector in Dubai… Our goal is to be the best city in the world in adopting these technologies economically and commercially, which gives us superiority.” A new future.”

His Highness added: “The transformation program lasts for two years… and includes specialized training tracks for all business councils affiliated with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We also directed the Chamber to establish incubators for agentic AI companies that support transformation, create new economic opportunities for young people in this field, and create funds that support the new transformation.”

His Highness continued: “Our goal is to push our companies to adopt these technologies that raise productivity, increase the volume of their business, and change the shape of the city so that its economy becomes the best in the world in adopting Agentic AI technologies.
