Wall Street Stock Exchange.. American stock indices close lower
US stocks in The Wall Street Stock Exchange declined yesterday, Monday, and the Standard & Poor’s 500 index fell from its record high levels.
Preliminary data showed that the Standard & Poor’s 500 index fell 28.37 points, or 0.39%, to 7,201.75 points.
While the Nasdaq Composite Index lost 43.78 points, or 0.17%. To close at 25,070.67 points.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 549.79 points, or 1.12%, to 48,946.86 points.
