Civil defense managers see innovations "Abu Dhabi Authority" To enhance response efficiency

Abu Dhabi, May 25 / WAM / The Directors-General of Civil Defense in the country were briefed on the best practices and innovative initiatives that support raising the level of readiness and integration in the field operations system, during their visit to the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority.
The visit comes within the framework of strategic coordination to enhance digital infrastructure, sustain community security, and share a common concern for preserving national gains.
The visit included a field tour during which His Excellency Brigadier General Salem Abdullah bin Barak Al Dhaheri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, reviewed the operational system for managing firefighting, rescue, and ambulance operations, and dealing with hazardous materials.
The attendees were briefed on the latest mechanisms, equipment and smart digital solutions that the Authority employs to increase performance efficiency and speed of response in accordance with international best practices.
The pioneering role of the Emirates Search and Rescue Team in supporting humanitarian operations locally and internationally was also highlighted, in addition to the Authority’s initiatives in developing institutional capabilities and raising community readiness.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Directors-General praised the efficiency and professionalism of qualified national cadres as the first line of defense, stressing the importance of keeping pace with rapid developments in a way that contributes to strengthening the system of protecting lives and property at the state level.
