"NMDC LTS"Early integration into projects increases efficiency and ensures operational readiness of up to 97%.

Abu Dhabi, 6 May / WAM / Mohammed Al Sayed, Acting Chief Operating Officer of NMDC LTS, confirmed that the company’s participation in “Make in the UAE” reflects its orientation to enhance integrated industrial and logistical capabilities, through developing its services and raising the efficiency of project implementation.
He said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, on the sidelines of “Made in the Emirates” that the company, which was established in 2024 as an integrated logistical and technical arm within the NMDC Group, has moved from a model of providing partial or phased services to an integrated model that starts from the design stages of projects all the way to the final delivery.
He explained that this transformation contributed directly to raising the efficiency of operations, as the company became involved in the project from its early stages, allowing for improved planning and implementation and reducing costs, noting that this approach enhances the ability to provide more efficient solutions in terms of time and cost.
He added that the company is focusing on ensuring the readiness of the marine units operating within the projects by up to 97% throughout the implementation period, which limits operational interruptions and enhances work continuity without interruption.
He pointed out that NMDC LTS has also begun to develop its industrial capabilities locally by building marine units within the country.
Regarding expansion plans abroad, he explained that the company is working to strengthen its presence in foreign markets, pointing to the start of implementing international projects in a number of markets, including Taiwan and the Philippines, after it had previously relied on external providers to implement logistical services.
He stressed that this trend reflects the company’s strategy to transform into an integrated provider of logistical and technical services at the local and international levels, in a way that supports the growth of its business and enhances its competitiveness in the maritime services sector.
