Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced the appointment of Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi as its Director-General, effective May 1, in a step aimed at leading the directions of the next phase and supervising the implementation of the Chamber’s strategic initiatives and plans.
The appointment comes within the framework of the Chamber’s endeavor to achieve its strategic plans, and its keenness to attract national competencies and expertise capable of supporting the process of economic development and enhancing the competitiveness of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah at the local and international levels.
Dr. Rashid Al Nuaimi will lead the directions of the next phase, and supervise the implementation of the Chamber’s initiatives and strategic plans, according to key performance indicators, in coordination with various sectors and stakeholders, in addition to continuing to build on the achievements achieved by the Chamber and strengthening its role as an active partner in supporting comprehensive economic development in the emirate.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber, Mohammed Musabah Al Nuaimi, stressed the Chamber’s keenness to continue work and innovation in performance in a way that contributes to enhancing the process of economic growth witnessed by the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and consolidating its position as a global center for business, trade, industry, and investment.
He said that the Chamber seeks to attract the best national competencies and expertise capable of translating the aspirations and directions of the wise leadership into qualitative achievements and tangible successes that serve society and business sectors.
He added that the appointment of a new Director General of the Chamber represents an important step in employing the capabilities and creative energies capable of developing policies and implementing strategic plans, in a way that supports achieving the long-term economic goals of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
For his part, Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi stressed that the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber enjoys a prominent position in the local and international business community, thanks to the support of the wise leadership and the efforts of the various work teams, expressing his aspiration to continue this path and work with the various teams to preserve the gains and achieve more successes during the next stage.
Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi has distinguished practical experience, during which he held a number of positions and contributed to the leadership of many initiatives, the most recent of which was the position of Assistant Undersecretary in the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology.
