“Saudi Darb” quarterly profits decline to 968.8 thousand riyals

The profits of the Saudi Darb Investment Company declined in the first quarter of 2026 by 27% to 968.8 thousand riyals, compared to 1.3 million riyals in the same quarter of May.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the decrease in net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the previous year is due to:-
– A decrease in the company’s revenues by 12% due to a decrease in the occupancy rate.
– An increase in general and administrative expenses by 34% due to an increase in the cost of the provision for employee benefit obligations.
The reason for the decrease in net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is due to:-
– A decrease in the company’s revenues by 10% due to a decrease in Occupancy rate during the period.
– Reversing the decrease in investment properties during the previous quarter by 338,415 riyals.
