The General Path General Assembly approves the distribution of 75 million riyals for the year 2025

The Comprehensive Path for Education Company announced the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held yesterday, Wednesday.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The results of the vote on the assembly’s agenda included: Approval of the company’s Board of Directors’ recommendation regarding the distribution of cash dividends for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025 to shareholders in the amount of 75 million riyals, at 0.7324 riyals per share, which represents 7.324% of the nominal value of the share, for the shares entitled to dividends, which number 102,401,332 shares.

It noted the distribution of dividends on May 20 of the current year.
