No damage to American destroyers and heavy losses to Iran

US President Donald Trump said that three American destroyers belonging to the US Navy crossed the Strait of Hormuz “with great success” despite being exposed to fire, stressing that the Iranian attack did not cause them any damage, while the Iranian attackers suffered “significant losses.”
Trump added in a blog post on the “Truth Social” platform that American forces completely destroyed the Iranian attackers and a number of small boats, noting that the missiles and drones that targeted the American destroyers “were easily shot down and burned.”
He stated that American destroyers would return to join the naval blockade, which he described as a “wall of steel.”
