Dubai rooms looking with "China Council for the Promotion of International Trade – Zhejiang" Promoting intra-regional trade
Dubai, May 11 / WAM / Today, Dubai Chambers held a meeting with the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade – Zhejiang, to discuss opportunities for developing economic cooperation and enhancing trade and investment relations between Dubai and China, in the presence of His Excellency Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah, Director General of Dubai Chambers, and Chen Jinzhong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade – Zhejiang.
The two parties discussed ways to improve the level of economic partnership, focusing on vital sectors that provide promising opportunities for trade and investment cooperation between the two sides, most notably the digital economy.
His Excellency Mohammed Ali Rashid Lootah said: We are committed to strengthening bridges of cooperation with various Chinese provinces, including Zhejiang Province, by supporting communication channels between business communities and facilitating the flow of investments, which contributes to creating new opportunities for strategic partnerships, supports the growth of bilateral trade, and enhances the competitiveness of companies in both markets.
The organization of the meeting comes within a series of meetings and conferences organized by the chambers with various Chinese parties, to enhance bilateral trade and investment cooperation between the two sides, as Zhejiang is considered the fourth largest economy in China.
