The Board of Directors of “Gas” recommends distributing 3 million riyals in profits for the year 2025

Today, Monday, the Board of Directors of the Natural Gas Distribution Company (GAS) recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, in the amount of 3 million riyals.

The company stated in a statement on "Trade" The number of shares eligible for profit is 5 million shares, while the distribution will be at a rate of 6% to the nominal value, so that the share of the distribution per share will be 0.6 riyals.

The eligibility for dividends will be for the shareholders who own the shares at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company’s annual assembly, which will be announced later, and the date of dividend disbursement will be announced later.
