Khaled Al-Khayal, Chairman of Al-Kathiri’s Board of Directors, and Abdullah Al-Sheikh as Deputy
The Board of Directors of Al Kathiri Holding Company decided to appoint Khaled Al Khayal as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Abdullah Al Al Sheikh as Vice Chairman of the Board.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The Board’s decisions came based on the company’s general meeting last Thursday, which witnessed the election of members of the Board of Directors for the new session.
The Board decided to appoint the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), who are: Mishal Al-Kathiri, CEO, and Hussein Al-Dosari, Board Member.
The Board’s decisions included: Appointing Subhi Ibrahim, Secretary of the Board of Directors.
The decisions included: Forming the audit committee consisting of: Ahmed Al-Saea, Hussein Al-Dosari, Ali Al-Hamad.
The decisions included the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, consisting of: Ali Al-Hamad, Khaled Al-Khayal, and Ahmed Al-Sayegh.
